Processing Time
Every keyboard is built to order. The current lead time for each model is listed in its product description—please check there before placing your order, as it reflects the time I need to assemble, test, and prepare your keyboard for shipment.
Because each build is hand-assembled, orders are processed in scheduled batches rather than on a same-day basis. This keeps quality consistent and posted lead times reliable. Orders move through the queue in the order they were received, and your lead time begins on the day your order is placed.
Shipping
Once your keyboard is built and tested, it ships via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL with tracking included. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is generated. Transit time after dispatch is typically 2-4 days within the US.
International Orders
We ship to most countries. Transit time after the package leaves the US depends on the destination country's postal service and customs. Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged on arrival are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your keyboard is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown on tracking. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the claim and either replace the keyboard or issue a refund.
